STRETCHED on wooden bars canvas prints are ready to hang with wires attached and do not need a frame. Shipped in a sturdy custom made box and professionally packed for best protection. The image is wrapped around the edges.

▲ NO RETURN policy and what to do if your item has a defect:
All items in our shop are unique creations. Because each item made-to-order or custom made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect.

IF YOUR ITEM HAS A DEFECT:
• If art print has a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. It is important that you inspect your item as soon as it arrives.
• Please provide clear pictures of the defect and we will gladly send you a replacement.

▲ UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS are not accepted.

▲ UNCLAIMED PACKAGES / WRONG ADDRESS:
• We are not responsible for refused or unclaimed packages and for the packages marked "Undeliverable as Addressed" due to incorrect or incomplete address, provided by the Buyer.
It is a Buyer's responsibility to provide a correct address.

▲ SHIPPING:
Most art prints are made/printed in and shipped from USA. Some are printed in and shipped from Canada. Imported materials can be used.
• Most art prints shipped by FedEx or UPS within 6-10 business days after receiving a cleared payment. Items are shipped during the week Monday to Friday. There is no shipping on weekends and holidays.
• Transit time may vary. Any delays due to customs or weather conditions is out of our control. No refunds will be issued for delayed deliveries. See more details about production and delivery times in the listings.
